'pointed ears' should be aliased to 'elf ears'

Bumping because pointy ears got aliased to elf ears but pointed ears did not. Is it meant to mean something separate, like a pony-ear-direction akin to “ears back”? Because the tagged pictures make it look like just another synonym of “elf ears” at a glance.
