Most of the threads in the tagging forum ask that you link to the tags as well. Trying to keep track of a list of unlinked tags is cumbersome and tedious, so if you don't link them the request often isn't done.

A few things: those first three you listed already have their tags set up, you don't need the second set of ** to bold a word, one * at each end will do, and I think you've been tagging your oc wrong. When an oc has multiple biological parents, you just use the one parents: tag for all of them, there's no need to add a separate "parents:" tag for every possible combination of the character's family.
