It definitely should imply “covering breasts” (and inherit the implication* “covering”) - that is the point, after all (Wikipedia: “Handbra”)

The tag’s usage here seems to be combining “hand bra” and “arm bra” (also mentioned in the Wiki article, but not existing here as a tag) - whether it’s worth separating, I dunno. I have interest in breasts, so my bias is to be more specific

Taking the opposite viewpoint, is it even distinct enough from plain “covering breasts” to not simply be aliased to it?
