Abdominal bulge is for a single deformation caused by a large insertion of some sort, usually into the anus or vagina.
Stomach bulges is multiple bulges, usually caused by pregnancy, vore, or some form of body horror.
The two tags are distinct from each other, they just require some clean up and a proper description on Stomach Bulges part to clear up any confusion.

I do not think the distinction between one/several bulges is worth regular mistagging; pregnancy is handled by “pregnant”, tentacle-bulges can be searched via “abdominal bulge, tentacles” (and might be visually distinct enough to warrant a dedicated tag such as “intestinal outline”, since it’s not “just” a bulge or several, it’s specifically in the shape of the guts), etc.
