I don't know if 'passing the baton' is a cultural metaphor that will work outside of a few countries ... Starting to feel a little Archer Sterling here ...
I mean, it IS a good idiom. But is it TOO idiom?
I really like this idea, and would be happy to help get the tag documented with a full description ... but ... let's hear from a few other voices before *nailing anything to the Church door*.
