tbh, you’re right - i’ll do that myself if the mods are alright with it. i was thinking about it earlier today as i’ve just returned to the site. i’m pretty sure i made it a while back out of my annoyance as to the state of the autism tag.
 
frankly, i’m quite embarrassed by my past tagging habits, and i don’t know why i decided to use the tag again earlier… x.x

Anyone else think the Chocolarity tag should be nuked?
 
It’s only being added to images by th one guy, and it would also be much easier to just search for “Rarity, dark skin” to find dark skinned rarity images.

The name sucks, but “dark skin, rarity” would only find pictures of Rarity, with a character that may or may not be Rarity with dark skin. Example  

 
Anyone know how useful would it be to have a dark skin X, or too annoying to maintain?

I guess you can try adding in “Rarity, dark skin, solo” if you want pictures of JUST Rarity with dark skin.  
Would probably too much of a hassle to make a dark skinned X character tag for ALL the characters, considering that a large majority of the characters here have at least one pic of them with dark skin, and if people really had a problem with it, they would probably just hide/filter the “dark skin” tag in general
 
Still, either option would be better at searching instead of just trying to go by “Chocolarity”.
 
People done this in the past by tagging dark skinned AJ pics with “Appleblack”, and that tag got nuked too.

In the absence of a tag grouping/tag association feature, we end up with tons of compound-implication tags like busty character name, futa character name, sweatershy, all the *betes tags… Their survival hinges on how consistently and thoroughly they are applied, and how large is the userbase who utilize them, although possibly subject to renaming. RIP attribute-character name pun tags.

It’s the only way to be sure, when you want to definitely find something specific, but has the potential to exclude lots of otherwise relevant results.
 

That’s only one purpose for tags, though. It ignores the purpose of being able to find content.
 

That tag name sounds contentious, but it could have been replaced rather than nuked. TBH I’m surprised not to find “dark skinned character name” tags in existence.

Question: if there are OC and canon character tags, and canon is i.e. in plushie form, does still qualifies the oc only tag?

If there’s a canon character involved in any form, it’s not oc only.

Done, but then reversed due to aliasing needs; we have to let the normal phrase be used for the actual object, with a parenthetical for the short.

Does anyone know how to omit specific tags only if they are tagged with certain tags? I want to have oc and male but not oc and female but not sure how to do it

Does anyone know what tag m is supposed to be used for? A few images have the letter “M” in them, but most of them don’t.

Considering the long history, highly varied range of people who’ve added it, the trend of people adding and then very soon removing it, it’s just an artefact of most keyboards having the M key right next to the , key.

There exists a tag teenage ass which, while possibly accurate or even useful, seems contentious and is almost exclusively tagged by one user - nuke? That’s the fate teenage tits met.
