I'd like to pipe up one final time that this tag should probably have its name changed to something less over-wrought. There has to be a less wordy way of saying "Soldier/Warrior Flurry Heart".

Oh, is that all it means? Since it had such a peculiar wording I assumed it must have been for some AU/fanfic or something.

"warrior flurry heart" would probably be okay for child FH practising combat skills. "soldier" implies an occupation.
