I don’t see any difference between these tags’ usages.

Yeah, I had to guess that was a play on Stalin? Anyway, agree, “emperor” is more directly from the movie

There’s also sproutler but that seems to be getting used more specifically on pics with references to Hitler? (there are so few I can’t be sure if it’s a trend)
