big ears (801), large ears (171), huge ears (71), giant ears (5) should all probably become one. Sure, other tags have a scale with “big/large” and “huge”, but I’m not sure ears need that granularity; impossibly large ears (810) exists but “hyper ears” doesn’t. yet
Bonus: long ears (329) can be distinct but seems to be used interchangeably? And, impossibly long ears (2) might not need to be a thing.
