"ear down" could use a cleanup?

ear down seems to be an inconsistent combo of pictures that would be more specifically tagged as floppy ears or one ear down? Opinions whether it’d be appropriate to go through and untag “ear down” and add whichever of the two is accurate?

Relevant: there is ongoing disagreement whether “floppy ears” should get divided into even more specific tags

My clear preference would have “ear down” aliased into “one ear down”.

ear flop becomes alias for one ear down (if we decide to keep the one-ear variant as its own separate tag, which I think we should _{because asymmetric ear flops are 20 % more adorable and that’s just a fact, a science fact})
