Duo tag updates

Perhaps not worthy of a thread, but I updated the duo tag (and any that imply it) to remove the “not shipping” rule as it was antiquated and if you want to find duos of characters without shipping you just syntax that out of a search, it was inconsistently tagged anyway.

Anyway, if you feel like tagging a lot of shipping images with duo now, feel free!

Before you ask why this arbitrary rule existed to begin with, I couldn’t tell you why.
