Core Seven should be aliased to Core 7

I thought maybe they meant different things, but both “Core Seven” and “Core 7” seem to be for the group of 7 ponies that are the primary group in G3/G3.5 stories.
 
On a side point….the group of seven ponies that are the stars of the Tales series, do they have a name?
 
“Mane 7” is G4, the six ponies + Spike  
“Core 7” is G3/G3.5 - Pinkie Pie, Scootaloo, Toola-Roola, Rainbow Dash, Sweetie Belle, Cheerilee, Starsong
 
Maybe…“Tales 7”? =shrug= just a thought. :)

I usually see the Tales ponies (the toys of them tho, mind) called “Seven Tales Ponies” which may be the official name of the toy set they came from, I don’t know.
 
So perhaps that or some variation. Also I thought we spelled out the names tho, as Mane Six and Mane Seven.
