voice actor should be for, well, posts depicting or referring to voice actors. eg. a photo or drawing of one, or maybe even an oc/ponysona of a YouTube voice actor.

Should voice acting (968) and voice acted (12) be merged?
- voice acting is overwhelmingly used to tag media that someone has voice acted to produce. In a few cases, it also is tagged for voice acting as an activity (eg. drawing of a character in a recording booth)
- voice acted is barely used at all, but is a more literal fit for what people use
voice actingto identify.
