Barely Pony Related and Rule 3

Regardless of what you think of my art, why is it that when I search the barely pony related tag I find so many pictures which are in violation of the rule, yet my most recent pictures were reported for deletion? I just don’t think that’s fair, how come my pictures get reported and deleted, yet it’s perfectly fine to have a lot of things under that tag without them being flagged for deletion either because the artist is popular or it falls under furry art?  
Mods, why not just tag the images (that I posted most recently) that were reported as Barely Pony Related?

If you think they break the rules, report them. Mods aren’t gonna see every single image that’s uploaded, so there are going to be ones that get by. Yours happened not to, and I’m sure there are plenty of others that get caught, but just because they’re there doesn’t mean they’re technically allowed.

A tiny handful of your images were deleted because they broke rule #3.
 
Out of 124 images you’ve uploaded only 8 have been deleted:
 
4 images were deleted because of Rule #5.  
1 was deleted because you asked us to.  
3 images were deleted because of Rule #3.
 
And as you saw from the comments that were deleted for Rule #3, no one else could tell what characters they were supposed to be either - if no one but you can tell who the characters are, and the only way for someone else to tell what character they were supposed to be was by reading the tags, then they’re rule #3.
 
A whole room full of us talked with you for like a half hour about this. I don’t know what else there is to say.
 
PS: I can assure you that no image has ever been “not deleted” because it was by a popular artist or furry art. Try uploading some furry art by a popular artist that isn’t MLP-related, and watch what happens if it gets reported.

I already know about the talk and again I’m only talking about my most recent images so stop telling me about the ones that were removed due to rule 5 or the one image I asked to remove I already know about that, those aren’t the images I’m disputing when I clearly say “my most recent pictures”. Sorry if this sounds a little snarky. And the idea of disputing a report for a deleted image, should it really matter how many images were deleted, like I shouldn’t care if I have one image deleted out of the many that I have? Let’s just say hypothetically one of your images was deleted and you believe it was wrongfully deleted, I think you would care.
 
The Fluttershy image I can at least understand how people did not see Fluttershy, but the other two… one I believe had no comments and the other had comments liking the image. I still think it’s unfair when there’s many images that remain on the site when they have barely anything to do with my little pony like Friendship Dreams, pictures of dragons and OC characters that aren’t ponies. What category does Friendship Dreams fall under that makes my pictures fair for deletion?  
Even the Too Many Pinkie Pies image has more association with My Little Pony than half the shit in the barely pony related tag. I still want people to see the image even if it means putting it under the barely pony related tag, but it gets deleted because the person who reported thought it violates rule 3 and clearly the mods at the time that agreed to delete it think so too.  
That’s the most questionable deletion for me. The other two I can at least see where the mods are concerned. I suppose that is the image I want restored over the others. I would actually be satisfied and would not have to complain because I would at least feel the issue was solved.
 
Surely you can see my frustrations here? Again, I don’t mean to cause any drama but this feels like it’s a subjective view and I’m outnumbered in my case to state whether something has been rightfully deleted.

You said yourself that you were having more and more trouble getting the images to look anything like something from the MLP franchise using the tool you’re using and that it was time to try something else. So try something else. Or, like you say in your profile’s about box, find someplace that will host all your images, including your child porn.
 
And, yes, I do see that you are frustrated. But two days ago you said you were fine with our rules and understood how they are being applied and why those particular images were not recognizable as being associated with MLP in any way. What happened in the last two days to change that?

Nothing has really happened, I didn’t think to also bring up the barely pony related tag while in the conversation. I still feel it was unfair and I’m still don’t feel as though anything got resolved, I had to end it peacefully because I was clearly not going to get anything done. I still think the too many pinkie pies image should still be restored, that’s my view and that’s the image I think is the most wrongfully removed in my view.  
Everyone else was suggesting to me about trying something else (SFM), I only said “maybe”. And then there’s the issue that I get more people to view the image on this site, more people to enjoy or hate what I make.
 
Also I really don’t like porn of fictional under-age characters referred to as child porn, because it just makes it seem like it’s of real children or that I approve of real porn of children which I don’t. Otherwise pretty much all of the pony porn on this site should be considered bestiality/animal/horse porn which you and I both know that’s preposterous. It uses the subjects of those themes while the images themselves are not of real horses or real children, even if you drew a horse realistically or 3d modelled one it would still not be on the taboo level of horse porn. It’s also like saying that violent video games are murder simulators. Do you see where I’m coming from here?  
Sorry to go on a little rant and off topic but I feel as though these types of porn get lumped into a category that’s the same as the taboo and abnormal porn that is out there and is illegal. It’s the same type of association that furries get with their hobby and I’ve met a few good furry friends online, so I’d rather separate the actual real and sick shit from fiction same way I separate real murder from GTA.
 
Feel free to disagree with me, but that’s just how I apply that sort of logic to fiction.

Your images that were deleted were not identifiable as being related to MLP in any way - to be barely pony related they would have to have some relationship to the show.
 
Think back to your own comments about not being sure if you should even have uploaded the images because you weren’t able to get the characters to look like anything from either EQG or MLP, down to not being able to even get the same color hair or eyes, because of the tools you’re using.
 
I don’t know what to say about the rest of your tangential rant except that images that depict humans having sex with animals is bestiality and should be tagged as such, the site does have a lot of drawings of cartoon horses and ponies having sex.
