With acknowledgement that "cute", "sexy", and "porn" are opinions:
IMO, "porn" either depicts or elicits sexual gratification. It is not 100% clear-cut to tie it to ratings: something could be an "artistic nude" and "explicit"-rated, but not "porn".
I would find it extremely unlikely that something less than "questionable"-rated could count as "cute porn".
"sexy" can beeven just mildly provocative, and can even be "safe"-rated. But ex"plicit corntent" misght not necessarily beven "sexy" - subjective, of course, but the kinds of attributes that might make something unsexy are awkwardness, ungliness, or even just being too darn cute, yes.
