Me: Never mind that, Discord. We need to focus on what’s really important right now. Luna, cadence, sunset, Are you three ready?
Luna, cadence, sunset: Yes!
Me: Then let’s get started.
Discord: Wait! I’m coming with you.
Luna: I do not think that is wise, Discord.
Me: Yeah, Twilight is already angry with you as she is.
Discord: Exactly. Twilight may be out of line, but she wasn’t wrong about my misdeeds. It’s high time I make things right for good.
Me: I don’t know.
Discord: I’ll tell you what, to prove that I won’t do any thing mischievous, (Makes a bottle appear in his hands and transfers some of his magic into it.) I will leave the mischievous parts of my chaos magic in the hooves of Fluttershy.
Fluttershy: Why me?
Discord: Because you are the only one who trusts me. And now I will trust you to keep some of my powers safe.
Fluttershy: (takes the bottle.) Thank you for trusting me Discord.
Me: Well, okay. You can come with us. Luna, Perform the spell.
(Luna uses her magic to open up a portal into the dream realm and she, cadence, sunset, Discord, and myself enter through it before it closes.)
Fluttershy: Be careful, Discord.
(Twilight’s dream realm)
Me: I knew twilight wasn’t herself. Look.
(The group turns to see a dark bubble which contains glowing violet orbs as well as a silhouette that resembles twilight sparkle.)
Discord: What is it?
Me: I believe those glowing orbs are good aspects of twilight’s personality. Such as forgiveness, understanding, compassion, humility, mercy, and patience. And the silhouette of twilight must represent twilight’s good heart.
Cadence: Look, there’s a small crack over there.
Me: hm. My guess is that twilight’s good heart must be desperately trying to break free, but wasn’t strong enough. Which means twilight was briefly coming to her senses before the dark bubble regain control again.
Sunset: Then we need to give her the strength to free herself.
???: you will be doing nothing of the sort.
(The group turned around to see a dark multicolored cloud with glowing red eyes approaching them.)
Cadence: Who are you?
Sunset: What have you done to twilight?
???: I am the rainbow of darkness, An entity of pure negative emotions and darkness. As for the princess of friendship, she has become my puppet.
Luna: I demand you free twilight at once, or face our wrath.
RoD: Fear not, once my task has been complete, I will have no need of her any longer.
Me: What task?
RoD: to free my master from his stone prison, along with his two accomplices.
Discord: Master?
Me: Stone prison?
Luna: Two accomplices?
(Realization hits everyone except sunset shimmer.)
All: Tirek!!
RoD: Precisely
Discord: Hold on, Time out. If this is about freeing Tirek, why are you targeting me and my species?
RoD: It is not I who is targeting you and your kind, chaos bringer, It is my recent Associate.
Me: Associate?
RoD: Yes. He and I came to an agreement. He would get me close enough to twilight sparkle so that I would claim her, I would see to it that discord and his kind are wiped out of existence in return.
Discord: So those grudge Spirits?
RoD: No more than a ruse to get close enough
Luna: Who is your associate?
RoD: Enough talk! None of you will leave this realm alive.
