The Evil Council Shenanigans (Possible NSFW Material)

-Welcome all to the evil council that will be voted on for the name below. Anyone who finds this without an established villain is strongly encouraged to go to the What kind of villain are you?  
Then establish a villain then if interested come back to the Evil Council for you’re position.-
 
One and most important rule. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING relating to the nazi’s, even evil has standards. Other than that you’re only limitation is you’re morality.

Recruitment of forces.-
 
Through some kind of force this has become an adventure thread, pm me for more details. There are a few rules, other then that its fine to do what you want. All is fun and dandy.  
Rule 1: Be nice to each other when Out of character.  
Rule 2: PM me if you want to add something.  
Rule 3: Nothing OP.  
Rule 4: You can say anything you want, but make sure that the person you are doing stuff with is okay with mature content.
 
Here’s a map for the world.  
Black = Natural borders/mountains.  
Red = Country borders.  
Black stars = Capitals.  
Black circles = Large cities.  
Green = Heavy floral areas.  
Yellow = Parries.  
Light green = Mixture of Green and Yellow.  
White = Frozen areas.  
Light yellow = Desert.  
Faded red = Water zones.  
Purple = Borders that no longer exist.

I’m reminded of that time the Joker met the Red Skull, and also that time the Red Skull tried to team up with Magneto and Victor Von Doom.

Much too grandeuos for someone who prefers to stalk the shadows, I’ll just stick with my name sans the sinister suffix. More foreboding that way, evil titles tend to tip off people as to what you do.

Mine is Dr. Gasmaskangle, who is definitely a Dr, no matter what the bastards at the university tell you.
 
Honestly I don’t think I should have been kicked out if the laws I broke didn’t even exist before I broke them! I swear you reanimate one Dean and suddenly you’re “tampering in God’s domain” and a “graverobbing madman.” Its all bloody politics.

I know right, no one thinks of what would happen if a scientist wants to test a new robot because the topography is good for testing, even though they always say the town was there first you would think they would be more considerate.  
Also its fine if you don’t want a title it was just a suggestion from Ore-O.

My title is my actions, so the most appropriate one would simply be “death”, as it’s all my enemies need know of me. But that hooded guy with the gaudy looking scythe has that trademarked.

It fell through because the entire court room kept dying every time he spoke. Death is an ok guy aside from the obsession with protecting his name, but he always forgets how fragile mortals are.
