OOC: I mean for example you could use the greenhouses to keep it warm and humid enough for tropical fruits fairly easily, you’d just need the occasional misting to keep the humidity high, tweak the gas content to make it easier for the insulation to keep the heat in, and they’d likely be able to save even more energy since the diamond dogs would presumably have far better night sight given where they live and could therefore put less energy in to producing visible spectrum light with plants the red and blue parts of the spectrum.
