OOC: Yeah, we might have a problem there then. I guess the other AI could start by spitting the usual stuff like Hardship group not being allowed in its precursors related stuff cause they don’t have clearance for it.

OOC: Yeah im not sure what the clearances would be but from what i gathered it seemed a fair bit of stuff regarding the precursors was a surprise even to the Didact.
