Saturn and Sweetie Belle RP (NSFW Maybe)

Saturn was having a soft, cute snug with Sweetie Belle, as Rarity is in Manehattan for several days, Saturn has the wonderful job of keeping Rarity’s adorable little sister happy

Sweetie Belle: I’m really happy that you’re taking care of me while rarity is in Manehattan.

Saturn: Anything for one of my favorite fillies ^^  
Saturn said sweetly as he snuggled Sweetie Belle lovingly

Sweetie Belle: (I start to feel a loud growl from my stomach and as I feel it, I start to hold my stomach)

Is something wrong, little pearl?  
Saturn says as he gently kisses Sweetie’s cheek

Sweetie Belle: my stomach started to hurt suddenly (then a nasty fart comes out of my butt, causing me to blush) can you take me to the toilet, please?

Saturn carried Sweetie Belle to the toilet and placed her on it, Saturn then closed the door and asked her  
Did you eat something off?  
That fart you ripped sounded quite wet

Sweetie Belle: thanks Saturn (places my front hooves on the toilet seat so I won’t fall into the toilet bowl and my butt realises painful diarrhea) I guess i ate something bad on breakfast (I said while moaning)

Saturn winces as he rubs Sweetie’s back with his right wing  
I know it hurts, Sweetie Belle.  
But as long as you keep calm, everything will flow nicely  
Saturn said in his super relaxing tone of voice

Sweetie Belle: alright (I try to calm down as my butt realises more diarrhea)

Saturn keeps rubbing Sweetie’s back gently and soothingly

Sweetie Belle: rarity was right, when she said that you rub belly so good (diarrhea still leaves my butt)

I got the techniques from my mother

Sweetie Belle: (I giggle as I feel Saturn’s kiss in my cheek and my butt still continues to drop diarrhea)

Just keep calm, listen to my calming voice and get the last of that diarrhea out so you can relax afterward ^^

Sweetie Belle: (after few more minutes the diarrhea finally ended)

Saturn gently lifted Sweetie off the toilet and started wiping her bubbly, plumpy butt, very gently and calmly

Y’know, Sweetie  
I can get you a cup of that special water that helps with painful diarrhea aftermaths  
The only side effect is that you’ll fart a lot, but that’s okay with me  
And i’ll even get that Mare-Do-Well onesie you like for you to wear ^^
