(I dougt very sortly, their very spaced out and at this Era the greeks were divided into City States, they would need a conquer or a Great Conquer later on to more unify their Culture and have a lasting Civilization that spans all of their Regions to give them any Sense of Unity or any desire for unity if that Civilization Collaspes later on.)

(Having some trouble with the pic again.)  
The Civilizations of the world Amerge. Humans in Mesopotamia, Rome and the Western coast of the middle east. Ponies in the British Isles and western Norway, their nocturnal cousins in Southern Greece, southwest turkey and Egypt. tufted deer in Tibet. Kirin in eastern Manchuria(?). Changelings in the Siberian Pinsula(?).
 
Which of these races will form empires? and how long will theses Empires last? Will their empires rise to greatness? Or will they fall and be conquered by neighboring Races and Civilizations?

Well, that’s Greece, and human history Greece at that. I’m not exactly angling for realism anymore… Besides, the unifying force will probably be the Steel Ponies in Egypt - assuming no one invades and provides a common enemy.
 
Map looks good. Humans are a bit close to me… we’ll see what happens.

(Also while it doesn’t have to be super duper realistic this does require some level of realism and logic but not to the point where it’s hard to make a post, just moderately or less realistic in terms of civilization. so just keep that in mind.)

The kingdom of Natiruim(West middle east region Civ) makes contact with the Steel pony Civilization in the Nile, if nothing were to go on they would proceed with proposing Trade deals with them. The Natiritines where Sun and Desert Worshipers who believed in gods of the Sun and Sand. after the next Decade Natirum would expand north and eastward while Turitine to the east would expand long the two rivers. New Human Civilizations with pop up near them, in Anatolia and India.
 
the Kirin, Tufted Deer and other Nocturnal Ponies would have encounters would Nomadic Human Groups. their relations with the nomadic bands would depend on how they reacted and treated them. Though some Nomadic humans would react in fear and possibly aggressiveness to Kirins due to their predator like appereance, the same would go for any other race of a similar(Predator) appereance.

The Tufted Deer treat the nomads warily, but are courteous and polite. The small Deer do not look like a threat, and try to establish a good relationship with the nomads.
 
The Deer at home start to establish defenses to protect their mountain villages.
