You find Pinkie Pie inflated up like a balloon for an unknown reason while also hearing her cry out “Somepony Help Me!” really loudly, what will ever you do to save her?

Find out what happened and act accordingly.

Find out with some applied phlebotinum that I had in my pocket what she’s inflated with.

Ask her what happened, who or what did it and then have the local foals use her as a bouncy castle, thereby steadily forcing the air out through her mouth until she returns to normal size.
