Applejack, Twilight, Pinkie Pie, Rarity and Rainbow Dash enter the room accompanied by Twilight and Rainbow’s babies.

Pinkie Pie and Applejack both catch you before you fall while you held your bad hand away from the ground.
 
Pinkie Pie: Hey now! Where’s the fire??

sorry guess i’m just kind of woozy from my hand.

Rainbow Dash: Uh, woozy enough to fling yourself off the bed?

just gimme a minute tries to get up onto hes feet

Redheart: Sorry, Mr. Stitches, we ask you to remain in bed for the time being. You both have had a long day.

You give up trying to escape your bed and lay back down as Shimmer nods at you to trust them. But soon you notice something…someone in the room was missing.

where’s fluttershy?

Shimmer: Yeah, it’s not like her to miss something like this.
 
The group looks at each other, trying to find a way to explain where Fluttershy had gone.
 
Rarity: Um…how can I put it? Sweety, uh, let’s just say Baby #5 had just made a…“splash”.

RedHeart: Which reminds me, it’s getting late for you two and visiting hours will be ending soon. looks at everyone standing up. You’ll have to come back tomorrow to see the twins.
 
They agree and take their leave. The nurse helps Shimmer into her bed.

well…we did it…how ya doin?

The nurse helps tuck Shimmer in.
 
Shimmer: Tired…absolutely tired.

well thats understandable ya did just give birth ta two kids.

The nurse then comes to your bed and brings your blanket up.
 
RedHeart: Alright, you two. Time to get some rest.
