Fertility Girls - EQG Pregnancy [SFW]

Tigger joins Fluttershy by her legside. Fluttershy tries to reach and pick him up but unfortunately her shape seems to be an issue at the moment. After a few seconds she does manage to pick him up.
 
Fluttershy: pant I really hope this belly isn’t permanent, reaching for small animals hurts my back. pant
 
Tigger: purrs softly on Fluttershy’s arms.
 
You hear the noise of cars pulling up outside your window. It’s the girls alright and they seem to be taking a passed-out Shimmer with them up to your room. You come to help them with Shimmer the best you can and you all place her on your newly cleaned couch.
 
Applejack: Boy, she’s much heavier with that second baby. Having twins must be a real pain.
 
Pinkie Pie: That depends on the before or after segment of it.
 
Twilight: Ted, have a seat. We’ll explain everything now.

You take a seat right next to the heavily pregnant Shimmer now heavily asleep.
 
Twilight: looks at Shimmer and sighs When we thought up this idea to have all of us be pregnant at the same time, we would make sure all our families would support each and every one of us. Our brothers, our sisters, our husbands and of course each other. For Shimmer…she has no one. After her “husband” learned that she was pregnant with twins, he seemed to start acting a bit off, so much that his stress levels made him run away from his wife. He hasn’t been back ever since.
 
Applejack: So now Shimmer’s going to be raising two babies without a proper husband/father figure. And to add to all that, Shimmer has been becoming more and more distant from all of us since her husband left. Every time we try to reach out for her, she’d fight back at us…and then I may have crossed a line and caused a bit of chaos. I still feel horrible about that.
 
Rarity: As do I…but…Applejack, are you sure–
 
Applejack: Well that’s up to him. walks closer to Ted Ted. I want to ask you something. I’ve heard the good deeds you’ve done today and heard everything you told me at the barn between you and I. You’re a responsible young man and I wanted to ask you, for one week only…to keep Sunset Shimmer safe here in your home and watch her–
 
Shimmer: immediately wakes up WHAT?!

Twilight: Sorry Shimmer, but your attitude has been awful lately. I feel like we’re losing you so we’re going to leave you in the hands of this RESPONSIBLE young man. Besides, your car was left at the party and my husband is going to take good care of it for a while.

Rainbow Dash: No buts! Tomorrow, we’re going to call your work sick for a week so you get to know this guy better. Trust us, he’s cool, right?

Shimmer: …I’m doomed.
 
Fluttershy: But we said only for a week, Shimmer. Please give him a chance. We’ve funded him for three months and we’ve helped expand his room so you and him can share it. We’ll be coming by with your clothes and anything you need. We’re doing this for you, Shimmer. All of us– kick –and our unborn babies.
 
Shimmer: sigh of defeat …fine. I’ll stay. But if I’m not satisifed, I’m leaving.
 
Rainbow Dash: Then where will you go? You’re still kind of far from any of us or your home. Ted will be here to do anything you wish. To keep you company.
 
Shimmer: looks back at you …anything, hmm?
 
You get a sense of dread from Rainbow Dash’s comment and Shimmer’s reaction.
 
Applejack: NOT everything. The man’s smarter than that. He’ll know exactly what to do you with you, isn’t that right?

if you’re going to blame someone for what happened blame me, leave rarity out of it. i’m the one who mouthed off to you.

Shimmer: Well you WERE pretty rude to me. If having to spend a week with you is your punishment, so is mine. Guess that makes one thing we have in common.
 
Twilight: I know we’re asking much of you Ted, but you can drop this at any time. We won’t be mad. But it’s up to you. Will you watch Shimmer for a week?

It seems you’ve got a new roommate to take care of, but this one might be a troublemaker if you’re not careful. But your new friends seem to trust you so you may as well go with it. They make their way to the door and they all hug you on the way out.

You close the door for Rarity and walk back into the living room. It seems Shimmer doesn’t wish to be close to you (or your kitten) for a while.
 
Shimmer: So…where am I going to sleep? takes off jacket showing off her green shirt, blue jeans, and a very big belly I don’t get my pajamas until tomorrow but I may as well get myself ready to sleep.

inside there’s a small mattress positioned up against the wall and under a window and next to it nightstand with an old photo of ted and his mother and a waist high dresser against one of the walls in and in a corner of the room is tigges cat bed and a somewhat well used scratching post

Sunset Shimmer: Kid, when it comes to pregnant women, we need a lot of pampering. I’m going to need a lot of pillows to keep me and my babies positioned right if I’m going to sleep. And besides, where are you going to sleep? If it’s that couch, good luck getting out of that thing. It’s going to break your back when you try to get up. I should know, I tried that once.

Shimmer: Well hurry it up, kid. I’m tired and we’re stuck with eachother for a week. kick …and you two need to quiet down. I haven’t had a good night’s sleep with you kicking me awake all night for these past few months.

Shimmer: I guess this’ll have to do. Now if you excuse me, I need as much shuteye as I can muster– double kick …which probably won’t be enough anyway.
 
Shimmer takes to your room and shuts the door. You’re about to walk up to the door and ask her if she needed anything else but it seems she definitely doesn’t want to be bothered right now. Tired yourself, you take what’s left of blankets and prepare a make-shift bed on the couch. You climb on in and get ready for bed when your kitten starts meowing on the ground, alone.

You do just that and knock on the door. You don’t hear any noise coming from inside so you slowly open the door and let tigger in. You figure that she’s in the bathroom washing up as you watch tigger get back onto his bed in your room. Looking back at the bathroom door you freeze in embarrassment as you see Shimmer walking out of your bathroom in nothing but her dark pink maternity bra and panties, also frozen in embarrasment.
 
Shimmer: …DO. YOU. MIND?!
