(I think I pushed it by accident but now it gives me an idea. Fundamentally, it shall be a unicorn, with some bat pony features, inspired by the Cake twins. But now how to begin? Perhaps at home, or on the roads? Where might work best for you? I’m flexible/I don’t have somewhere in mind)

some time ago it had jsut began like that, when you held your limb over an empty vessel it would fill up with pure water, you leave wet prints wherever you walk and constantly had to shake yourself because your mane was dripping water at all times.
 
the authorities had grown wise to it and here you were, looked over by the scholars of canterlot as you sitting in a dried up well actually caused it to slowly fill up and over.

they then basically leave to compare notes, leaving the fire and water incarnation to talk.
