Here’s one:
 
Spike reads a Charles Atlas-esque ad in one of his comic books, and he goes on the program, thinking it’ll make Rarity like him.

With his workload from Twilight Sparkle increasing, Spike decides he needs an assistant of his own. Unfortunately, Spike hires Derpy Hooves Muffins. Hijinks ensue.

An episode that revolves around Scootaloo’s scooter.
 
I mean, &@#ing seriously, writers, why didn’t you do this like, 3 seasons ago?

“Ponies in Hot Air Balloons”
 
Ponyville has a hot air balloon race.
 
…That’s it.
 
(Spike & Twi want to make their beloved balloon to win; Cherry’s and Pinkie’s flying machines reappear (Cherry may be the main rival deuting in a speaking role), but many ponies from prev episodes would appear in their tailor made balloons.)

The Lamias Lament: Pinkie Pie finds a lonesome Lamiapony, who has been shunned away by her townsfolk, after she was permacursed by a spell. Pinkie tries to bring her to Ponyville, to show her to the townsfolk, which isn’t quite easy.

“So Long Silver”
 
Silver Spoon’s family moving to Canterlot. Diamond Tiara must face losing her best friend.
 
For the record, I don’t hate SS ( _{Crystal N. don’t hurt me} ). Rather, I think it’d be an interesting development to break up the power duo.
 
Tiara’d have to deal with isolation in her class, putting a twist on her previous role. And I’d love her to end up being closer to the CMC and the other ponies in the end. Her rivalry with Bloom would/should survive, I want Bloom to deal with her dislike for her too while they are adventuring together. It works both ways.
 
As for Silver, I imagine she’d end up not completely gone, maybe she’s just going away for a summer or whatever. Maybe it’s all a scare/misunderstanding and she doesn’t move at all. (No need for me to suggest bs that can undo the problem, cartoons have been doing this forever.) But I kind of want her to branch outside Tiara too. Some high class Canterlot friends she brings back and such. Just want her to realize that she could be MORE than Tiara, that SHE could be the dominant one. That’d be rather cool.

I wouldn’t mind something like this as long as it was all a misunderstanding. As a Silver Spooner, I’m naturally biased against ideas that’d end with Silver Spoon being removed from the cast. Big surprise, I know.
 
Here’s my own take on your idea: On the last day of school, Silver Spoon learns that her Filly Scout troop is going away to camp in the Smokey Mountains for the summer. At first, she’s excited, but Diamond Tiara is utterly devastated - she’d been hoping to spend her summer with Silver Spoon. Upon seeing this, Silver Spoon decides to figure out a way to stay home. Eventually, the two fillies turn to the Cutie Mark Crusaders for help. After trying a number of (unsuccessful) ways, ranging from faking being sick to hiding out in the Crusaders’ clubhouse, Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon are at their wits end.
 
While walking back home, Spoon, Tiara and the Crusaders bump into Twist (or maybe another filly like Tag-Along/Ginger Snap), who says she’s excited to be going to Filly Scout camp with Silver Spoon. Silver Spoon informs her that she doesn’t want to go, leaving the poor filly heartbroken - she’d been hoping to spend her summer with Silver Spoon, since they spend so little time hanging out during the school year. Silver Spoon is unsure of what to do: either way she’s going to have to leave one of her friends behind for the summer. Diamond sees how upset Twist is and tells Silver Spoon she should go, because she realizes that she isn’t the only pony who wants to spend time with Silver Spoon.
 
Silver Spoon is surprised by this, but she decides to take up Diamond Tiara’s offer and go spend the summer with Twist at Filly Scout camp. Diamond lets out a sigh and says she’s upset she’s going to have to spend the summer alone. Apple Bloom places a hoof on Diamond’s shoulder and tells her she won’t, since her and the Cutie Mark Crusaders will keep Diamond company while Silver Spoon is at camp. Furthermore, Silver Spoon promises to send plenty of postcards to Diamond while she’s at Filly Scout camp.
 
Cut to a scrapbook filled with a montage of photos and clips from Diamond and the CMC’s summer, interspliced with photos and clips of Silver Spoon and Twist’s summer. The episode ends with Silver Spoon and Twist coming home from Filly Scout camp and meeting Diamond Tiara and the Crusaders at the train station. As the two groups of fillies walk into the distance, they can be overheard talking about how their summers went.

A Daring Power: After a misshapened event, Ahuizotl, Daring Do’s archnenemy, summons all of the Power Ponies and the Mane-iac from the comic world, to the real world. Daring Do, with the help of Twilight’s friends and the Power Ponies, must stop Ahuizotl and Mane-iac’s intention to rule Equestria.

The Day Equestria Stood Still: After a hazardous investigation from Tartarus, Twilight Sparkle witnessed a conspiracy that is destined to doom all of ponykind forever.
 
(With this one, Arabus from G1 is the main villain, and has connections with Discord. He is planning on using the cutie marks that he collected for 5000 years on releasing the Titans. Also, he’s the ruler of Tartarus)
 
The Legend of the Sea Kingdom: The mane 6 visits the Sea Kingdom to meet with King Leo to prevent a sea criminal and his lackeys on taking over the Sea region of Equestria.
 
(Squirk and Krank from G1. Also, the Flash Stone is an all powerful amulet on controlling the kingdom. Explains Squirk and Krank’s backstory that is connected to the Sirens. Squirk has telekinetic powers that allows him on controlling sea creatures)
 
BP Gremlin Spill That time of year has happened, as the Equestrian Games has picked out Guests from a different region of Equestria to participate in the stadiumn’s competition. Rainbow Dash, as a competitor, feels suspicious of these competitors.
 
(Big Boy and Runt first appearance from the comics. And debuts their technology that has been established underground that makes them cheat to win.)

With Silver Spoon and the CMC’s help, Diamond Tiara tries to make amends with every Pony she’s ever wronged. Emphasis on the “tries” part.

I’d love to see Twilight get some royal guards, and be uncomfortable about having personal security, and then she finds out her bodyguard is picked on by other guards for being a mare in a stallion-dominated sector of the workforce, and so Twilight realizes it’s really plucky of her to do what she wants despite the massive gender disparity of the royal guard workforce, and they become friends.

Also, you know that Simpsons episode Behind the Laughter? I want to have a mlp version of that episode, call it Behind the friendship.

“The Great and Powerful Sweetie Belle”
 
Trixie tries to make a fresh restart by opening a stage magic school and Sweetie Belle is her first student ever. Soon the filly learns how to use stunning visual effect magic to boost her songs, but also becomes extremely full of herself, much like the old Trixie.  
It’s up to the repented unicorn to correct the young filly before she repeats her teacher’s mistakes, and of course there’s the problem with Rarity and company still feeling wary about Trixie’s past deeds.

Starlight finds out Sunburst is dead. She tries to revive him. She finally gets karma because necromancy is illegal.

I like it, though the show (with its tendencies) would probably blame it all on Trixie and end with her learning a lesson too, or turn up the prejudice aginst her in the town way too high for comfort.

Tiara redemption follow-up where she plays the role of the “rich girl” who doesn’t know how regular households work.
 
(Yeah this bastardizes some of her established traits, but it’s not 100% implausible.)

spike hangout with sweetiebelle or another girl charater and rarity get jealous cause she miss spike affection and company.

^Speaking of Shining’s predecessor:  
In my never-to-be-written(-because-a-comic-that-long-is-too-much-work-for-me-atm) story,  
Shining’s superior/predeccessor is a whizened grumpy military veteran (maybe even scar or peg leg and everything) who really doesn’t think of Shining that highly. Rathern he thinks he’s too young and only got the rank because of his royal connections. (He is not yet married in this story ~~as this is a story happens right after his promotion to Captain ~~ but it is well known that her sis is Celestia’s protégée and that she is dating Cadance.) The old captain is also an old-fashined guy who doesn’t feel at home in this new world of princesses and kids with magical trinkets and feels that he (and the royal guard too) has become unwanted and useless.
 
Tbey have a bit of heart-to-heart with Shiny though, because Shining rather than taking his criticism the wrong way, is actually inspired by it to work harder to become a good captain who can protect her family, comrades and friends and does not have to rely on their magic.  
Shining’s treatment of him as a role model also fixes the old boy’s self-worth issues too and she admits being genuinely proud and accepting of Shining and her mane6 friends by the end.
