Which episodes of season 9 are worth watching?

The End wasn't The End - Found a new home after the great exodus of 2012

I put off watching season 9 for a while, and recently watched the first 3 episodes, but I found them rather boring (and I LOVE the student six) and I can’t be bothered to watch rest of the season, so instead, I’d like to know from you all who have seen them all which episodes are the most memorable and definitely worth the watch, vs. which ones are forgettable and not worth the airtime. Thanks a lot!
Background Pony #D92A
Worth Watching:

Episode 4 - Sparkle’s Seven
Episode 8 - Frenemies
Episode 13 - Between Dark and Dawn
Episode 17 - Summer Sun Setback
Episode 20 - A Horseshoe In (if you don’t care for Starlight, maybe pass on this.)

Could be worth watching:

Episode 7 - She’s All Yak (You mentioned you liked the Student Six, so this might suit you. A lot of people loved this one, I found it painfully stock. High School-esque stories like this are part of why I stopped watching Equestria Girls.)
Episode 11 - Student Counsel (Another Starlight and Trixie episode. Your opinion on the two may greatly effect how much you enjoy this.)
Episode 14 - The Last Laugh (Cheese Sandwich’s return. Opinions seemed mixed to me. I enjoyed it, but I did expect the worst going in, so it might have benefited from lowered expectations.)
Episode 16 - A Trivial Problem (This’ll depend on how much you like seeing Twilight freak out. It’s no Lesson Zero or It’s About Time)
Episode 23 - The Big Mac Question (If you like Discord’s antics, then this ought to be amusing for at least half the episode. The rest depends on how much investment you have in Big Mac and Sugar Belle’s relationship, because it’s another of those episodes. If you enjoyed The Break Up Break Down back in Season 8, you’ll probably like this one, and if you didn’t then you probably won’t)

Meh:

Episode 5 - The Point of No Return (Another Twilight freak out episode though not a manic freak out. It was okay, I thought. Opinions seemed to go toward it being not good.)
Episode 6 - Common Ground (Quibble Pants comes back. If you can’t stand humor based on people being awkward and making fools of themselves, you won’t enjoy this. Some people feel the “sweet” message it ended on saved this episode, but I would disagree.)
Episode 9 - Sweet and Smokey (Garble gets redeemed. Make of that what you will. Fluttershy was precious in this, that’s really what it had going for it.)
Episode 10 - Going to Seed (I think they were going for a “don’t let go of your inner child” type moral here or, “It’s okay to still believe in Santa” but in either case they kind of blew it. I felt bad for Big Mac by the end of this.)
Episode 19 - Dragon Dropped (I’m not sure how to describe this without summing up the whole episode. I personally didn’t mind the premise, but it felt like they stretched to get this to 22 minutes.)

Everything else is negligible. You can watch the finale and epilogue if you’re really curious, but I wouldn’t recommend it.
DerpyFast
Pixel Perfection - Hot Pockets Spotted
Solar Supporter - Fought against the New Lunar Republic rebellion on the side of the Solar Deity (April Fools 2023).
Non-Fungible Trixie -
My Little Pony - 1992 Edition
Wallet After Summer Sale -
Friendship, Art, and Magic (2018) - Celebrated Derpibooru's six year anniversary with friends.

Depends on what you’re looking for.

04, Sparkle’s Seven: Was written by the VAs of The Mane Six. It has some fun ideas. Can recommend.

05, Point of No Return: Classic Twilight and Spike. She freaks out a little bit, but overall it’s a fun episode, and I thought it was a very tasteful bit of closure for Twilight.

06, Common Ground: It’s heart is in the right place and it has a great message, but the tone is inconsistent, and I found it a bit slow. If you want more Quibble Pants, then I can tepidly recommend.

07, She’s All Yak: Not amazing, but it’s pretty cute, and I can recommend if you like The Student Six.

08, Frenemies: The fandom loved this one. The characters have excellent chemistry, and I found myself going “Can the show just be about these guys now?” Cannot recommend enough.

09, Sweet and Smokey: If you like Fluttershy and appreciate her character growth, then you’ll love this one. You’ll like it even more if you watch the Fluttershy scene from S1E1 beforehand.

10, Gone to Seed: Your milage will vary. If you’re especially bothered by character regression and like Applejack, then you might hate it.

11, Student Counsel: Alternate ensemble episode with Starlight, Trixie, Sunburst, Maud and Mudbriar. It feels like a Season One episode, but with a different cast. If any of that sounds interesting, then I strongly recommend.

12, The Last Crusade: We find out about Scootaloo’s parents, and get some satisfying closure for the CMC. Worth a watch overall.

13, Between Dark and Dawn: A Celestia and Luna episode. It feels like an episode that should have happened earlier, but better late than never, and it ties nicely into the overarching theme of “Closure”. Would recommend.

14, The Last Laugh: Cheese Sandwich returns. IMO, it’s not as wacky or funny or emotional as “Pinkie Pride”, and it kind of feels like a waste of Weird Al.

15, 2, 4, 6, Greaaat…: Not great. If you want more Student Six and don’t mind Rainbow Dash being difficult, then it’s alright.

16, A Trivial Pursuit: If you watched “The Point of No Return” and agreed that it was tasteful, or you don’t like Twilight’s freakouts, then you’ll probably hate this one. If not, the concept is solid, and it’s nice to see characters just sitting in a room playing off one-another.

17, The Summer Sun Setback: If you liked “Frenemies”, then I’d recommend this one, since the Legion of Doom completely steal the show.

18, She Talks to Angel: IMO, one of best executions of a body-swap/trading places episode ever. If you like Fluttershy, then I strongly recommend it.

19, Dragon Dropped: If you absolutely have your heart set on Sparity, then you can skip this one. Otherwise, it’s good closure for the ship.

20, A Horse Shoe-In: A Starlight and Trixie episode. If you’re invested in the fate of The School, then it’s a good time.

21, Daring Doubt: The final, controversial Daring Do episode. There’s a lot to unpack, and you should watch it just to have an opinion on it. Especially if you like Fluttershy. This really is Fluttershy’s Season.

22, Growing Up is Hard to Do: Final CMC episode. It’s a breather episode. If you like picking out background detail and easter eggs, then this is a must-watch.

23, The Big Mac Question: Satisfying closure for Big Mac and Sugar Belle. How much you enjoy this one will depend on how invested in SugarMac you are, and what your opinion on Discord’s antics are. If you liked “The Breakup Breakdown”, you’ll like this.

24-25, The Ending of The End: You’ll know whether you’ll like this one before the title theme even plays. I liked it, but even I found it pretty contrived. Still, if you want a final blowout that pulls out all the stops, this is it.

26, The Last Problem: The series finale. It does everything it needs to and successfully crosses the finish line. It’s pretty close to what you’d reasonably expect if you take the characters at face value. Whether or not you’ll get what you personally wanted out of it depends on where you fall on a bell curve.
