What would be the symptoms of poison joke on other ponies?

We’ve already seen the mane six effected by it, so what do you think would happen to other ponies (Background ponies, CMC, ALL the alicorns, villains/jerks, ect.) if they were affected?

Doctor Whooves(Time Turner):It would make him forget what time it is.  
Derpy Hooves: MAKE HER EYES STRAIGHT!!!!  
Carrot Top(Golden Harvest):Make her forget to plant something.  
Bon Bon:Stays with one voice.  
Lyra Heartstrings:Would forget what a human is.  
Octavia:make her deaf  
Vinyl Scratch:turns her goggles into glasses.

Apple Bloom: Pear cutie mark (temporary)  
Sweetie Belle: Talks with that voice-break all the time  
Scootaloo: Celestia-sized wings  
Celestia: Super clumsy  
Luna: Can’t talk above a whisper  
Cadence: Looks like Chrysalis  
Zecora: Stripes switch colors constantly  
Discord: He probably created it, so no effect

I seriously just imagined Derpy with her eyes straight as like Einstein.

What I think:
 
Scootaloo: Looses the ability to scooter, like she has all left hooves (or right hooves if she’s left-hoofed).
 
Sweetie Belle: Sounds like a dieing cow whenever she tries to sing.
 
AppleBloom: Is forced to do every action her sister does.
 
Inkie Pie: Like how the Tumblr blog goes about it, she turns to an inky glob of a pony.
 
Blinkie Pie: Becomes super clumsy.
 
Big Mac: Turns into a little foal.
 
Shining Armor: Whatever guarding tool he touches/magics turns to goop (armor/shields/spears/swords/etc.)

Not on Zecora, I think she would get Polka dots to replace the stripes and an rainbow colored afro to replace her mohawk.

Derpy with straightened eyes, excellent coordination, and talking as she had Twilight’s level of education.
 
Sweetie Belle: Can’t talk or sing (mute).  
Apple Bloom: Damages everything she touches.  
Scootaloo: Oversize wings (that still won’t let her fly) that make it hard for her to move at all.  
Celestia: Unable to stop talking nonsense in a Valley Girl-type voice.  
Zecora: Can’t rhyme, and acts drunk.  
Big Macintosh: Weak, skin and bones. (98-pound weakling)

Cheerilee: Would get really dumb.  
Shining Armor: Exact opposite of a guard.  
Nightmare Moon: Would turn white.  
Discord: Would create order.  
Chrysalis: Would try to become friends for love.  
Sombra: Gak.

Cozy: Would become ugly as sin and have trouble keeping a train of thought going.  
Derpy: The effect would invert whatever special talent the bubbles represent (probably involving skill with air currents).  
Gabby: Would become the biggest klutz in Griffonstone.  
Lyra: Would turn into a gorilla.  
Starlight Glimmer: Same as Twilight.  
Tender Taps: Would literally develop four left hooves.
 
Other generations:  
G1 Firefly: Same as G4 Rainbow Dash.  
G3 Lily Lightly: Her horn would become blindingly bright all the time.  
G1 Megan: Would lose any ability to balance in the saddle.  
G1.5 Melody: Would sing like Justin Bieber.  
G3 Minty: Would become allergic to any fabric that socks are made from.  
G1 Posey (or G3 Wysteria): Any flower either one touched would die on the spot.  
G3 Rainbow Dash: Same as G4 Rarity.

Cheese Sandwich: Try as he might, he wouldn’t be able to keep on-key.  
G3 Cloud Climber: Same as G4 Dashie.  
Doctor Whooves: Would sound like a Dalek.  
Garble: His breath would always match the air temperature, and he would become a scrawny weakling.  
Scootaloo: BRAWK!  
G1 Slugger: Incredibly slowed reflexes, and unable to tell a fastball from a curveball from a spitball.  
Terramar: The front part of a hippogriff and the back part of a seapony.  
G3 Zipzee: A perpetual cloud of pollen around her, smelling like a titan arum in full bloom*.
