Unpopular opinion time

All the nostril edits of Shinodage’s art are getting annoying and it all just seems like a very cheap way for someone to get tons of upvotes and end up on trending, and it’s artificially inflating his artist tag too

I found the Twilighting to be way too excessive and the fact that even before the episode premiered, hoe the conflict was going to happen was really predictable.

I suppose wrapping up loose ends was a secondary priority and instead the focus was on Giving children Fun episodes and some final Happy memories to remember these characters they grew up with.

Popular artist. Though I only ever hear people’s complaints about seeing one of their Ocs showing up on a regular basis.

Twilight and her cheap offshoots are shit.

Everything else about the show is interesting, just not Twilight.

Can you believe there was once a time when Cadance being an alicorn made the fandom lose its shit? Can you believe there was once a time when everyone hated Equestria Girls?
 
Just goes to show how it’s been one overblown controversy to the next with this fandom. And hell, I’m not going to deny that I haven’t been doing some complaining alongside them (notably when it comes to Starlight or Twilicorn), but yeah, the vast majority of crap this fandom has complained about was gotten over sooner rather than later.
 
This is why I believe that the outcry over Pony Life will be fairly short-lived as well.

Back then a dumb move was still a genuine surprise, so of course the fandom reacted more violently to them. By the time Pony Life was announced, the fandom was already jaded and less sensitive to dumb announcements so it’s reactions were less violent, if any.

Guess you can say most of the collective fandom finally got to their senses that whining and complaining nonstop for months and months on end was a waste of time and wasn’t going to make things better. I’m not going to lie, if I would’ve entered the fandom a lot earlier, I would’ve been one of those complaining about the announcement for Equestria Girls same way that they did for Pony Life right now.

Eh, the best they can do is leave the fandom, which many actually did by the time.

Earliest drama I endured was MMDW, so a lot of drama that came after kinda left me null :p
