…I really think your reading of it is kind of odd. It’s not “cheating” if you’re not (and never have been) in a relationship with them - and it’s not like he didn’t know they were different people by then. And I don’t think Pony Twilight can blame anyone if Flash moves on from her besides herself for utterly neglecting him.

Oh, she could be. She’s quite a mess in her head sometimes.
Admittedly considering all the main characters had many mental breakdowns in many different episodes, that’s still a pretty low bar to measure corruptibility.
Who knows, maybe her breakdowns in fact are release valves considering most corruptions happen after many bottled-up frustrations.

How would she blame herself if Flash doesn’t love her anymore? SciTwi and PonyTwi look like each other, same color, same voice, but nobody cared because “they’re not the same person”. To me, They’re not like Miles Morales (Spider-Man) and Miles G. Morales (Prowler) or Spider-Gwen and Gwenpool.

I swear, If I wrote EqG, I wouldn’t make SciTwi hate Flash and at least have a slow burn, but nope, the writers just want Flash to hate Twilight, both Twilights, so the pony one would be forever single since Timber Spruce doesn’t exist in the ponyverse, and again, even if he did, PonyTwi would hate him the same way SciTwi hated Flash.
And by hate, I mean not having feelings for him.
SciTwi would have been a different character with a different voice and color. Even though I don’t hate her. But again, nobody cares.
I blame Lauren Faust for the “no romance for the Mane Six” rule.

The issue with Grogar is correlated with nostalgia hype towards G1.
Granted the whole build up of a legion of evil also helped, but people thought that since Tirek came back as a full villain they expected the same with Grogar, and probably to not feel predictable they kinda botched the thing based on that.

Maybe they’ve botched with Grogar, but I’d rather have that, than having a half baked revenge attempt by Chrysalis at the series finale, and she got company.

She should blame herself because (as far as we know) she puts zero effort into the “relationship” and seems to have just ghosted the guy. (Perhaps she only feels attraction for him when filled with teenage human hormones?)

BTW, I would have found any Flash/SciTwi relationship (or a Twilight/PonyFlash one, for that matter) kind of creepy by default.

Because that would lead to so much drama and love triangles and romantic problems when both Twilights get confused to deciding between Timber and Flash whether the pony one likes the latter and not the former or the human one likes the former and not the latter.
Or at least ignore the no romance rule that Lauren Faust did for FiM, even if its still there after she left the show and make a different character that can bond with both Twilies with no problems of who knows who. Idk anymore.
Again, this is why I ship Twijack. At least both variants know each other.

Except that’s exactly the case. They may look and sound like each other, but they are NOT the same person. Legend of Everfree even has Flash acknowledge this. “I guess I can’t get too jealous, right? After all she isn’t my Twilight.” That’s why he moves on afterwards.

I don’t have feelings for 99% of the people I meet. Doesn’t mean I hate people. I’m indifferent at worst. Which is how Sci-Twi acted towards Flash, since she doesn’t know him and the two aren’t friends (at that time).

Man, it’s a good thing Twilight and Applejack never became a thing then. Can you imagine Sci-Twi needing to decide whether or not she likes Flash, Timber, AND Applejack? Curse (pony) Twilight for forcing her to choose even though she’s only attracted to one of those three! /end sarcasm
In all seriousness, there is NO drama or love triangles or romantic problems between the four of them. The Twilights aren’t going to get confused “deciding” between the Flash and Timber. Sci-Twi just isn’t attracted to Flash the same way Twilight was (though they’re friends now), and Twilight just never even met Timber.

Twilight’s a big girl. I’m sure she’ll get over it. It is NOT on Sci-Twi that TwiFlash fizzled out. What did you want her to do? Get in a relationship with Flash to keep the romance going until Twilight comes back to the human world in who knows when, and then get dumped by Flash so he can be with Twilight? If Twilight wants to blame anyone for her “heartbreak” (which tbh I doubt she’ll be heartbroken by this), then she only has herself to blame. Sci-Twi didn’t destroy anything.
How Twilight acts towards Timber is ultimately up to the fanfic writers. Although I doubt anyone is intereted in Timber getting together with pony Twilight.
I don’t think TwiFlash was going to work out in the long run anyway, considering they live in two separate worlds and one would have to give up their world to be with the other, which just isn’t going to happen. Twilight won’t necessarily be alone forever. Maybe she’ll find somepony in Equestria. Maybe she’s not looking for romance and is just content with her friendships. Maybe people can just write fanfics and invent an OC for her to be with. Hey, wait a minute…

And whenever you put a bunch of people in a place together, they can create unique or extraordinary circumstances which just kind of fall under the “We tried, for years, but we’re done now” category.
