“Sticker Star” was certainly a pretty serious step backward. The sticker mechanic was fun for a while, but having to constantly manage your sticker supply got old pretty quickly.

Starlight should have been in Pony Life.

I only played Super Paper Mario. I love the game, one of my favourites.

However, and this is a BIG however, when people start talking more and more about the mechanics as the only topic in a Paper Mario debate and talking less and less about the story, the dialogue, the characters, the narrative and the twists is has (especially considering that Super Paper Mario has a beautiful story), then no thanks. It takes the fun out of the conversation.

Not my fandom, not my feelings and not my problem. I still love Super Paper Mario and I’ll find a way to play Thousand-year Door, but I don’t want noise in my life.

She didn’t even have generic artwork despite having a toy, even as a recolor(for comparison’s sake, even Sunset had original artwork done for her despite not appearing)

I’ll watch Pony Life when I get time for myself. I expect only a light comedy, but I’m open-minded to some surprises.

It was a weird flex, but I kinda liked how it sold Spike being Twilight’s best friend/confidant.

Pony Life was decent, nothing bad. I’ll still stick with G4, even its worst moments.

Seriously though, PL’s initial trailer was seriously atrocious.

Seeing that gif is hilarious because Pinkie was nowhere near that level of spazzy in the series itself, or even compared to regular Pinkie for that matter

It also implied swearing but we never got any.

Lame.

Nothing really stood out for me in Pony Life, probably except for Potion Nova, she was cute.

I’m like the one person who liked Pony Life and thought Potion Nova was just…there. She’s fine, but she didn’t stand out to me.
