Okay, I guess.
@Latecomer
I suppose the normal standard for dragons- a powerful firebreath, super strength, super defense, flight, acid breath and stuff.
It could have been used to keep the audience on it’s toes if first Spike awakens a new skill that is just what he needed to get out of trouble and save the day (like let’s say, a super firebreath to replace his piddly green flames and so, chase off some Timberwolves) and some episodes later when he’s again in trouble, he awakens a new ability that only would make things worse for him and his friends if he uses it, like for example Twilight and him being chained to a post and Spike suddenly awakens his super dragon strength, but if he uses it to break free from his chains, the same chains will crush Twilight and if he instead breaks the post the entire place will fall on them because it’s a load bearing post, and so.

I agreed with Spike and Gabby as friends, while I don’t mind they being friends but to me it feels kinda forced. It was just there for the plot and it doesn’t help that their friendship was never mentioned again after that episode.

Being introduced at the end of a show’s lifespan can do that to any character. At least now you’ll have fanfictions to further develop them to whatever you want them to be.

Gabby could’ve been replaced with any other character and there wouldn’t be any major differences. If they would’ve met way earlier in the series and built it up to that moment, then it would’ve been perfectly fine. Hell, I would’ve been fine if the show finished at Season 10 and they made another episode for the both of them, it would’ve softened the blow. At the very least it did make me like Gabby a little bit so congrats on them I guess.

Honestly, I felt like they could have put Smolder in Gabby’s place and it would have worked just as well.

That would’ve been a lot better really since Spike has more of a relationship with Smolder.
@Wiimeiser
You can always create one yourself you know?

So I watched the Deleted scenes from the FriendShip Games for the first time, and I wow, I prefer the deleted version than the one that we have.
Also in what movie the Equestrian magic started to unleash out of control in EG?

Basically all of them, but it’s the biggest problem in Mystery of Everfree, or whatever it was called.

Honestly I liked it because it was a little unexpected, and at the same time felt less impactful due to the lack of build up.
Implying romantic ties with Smolder would have been a little dull and predicable, and at the same time feel like such a big deal shipping wise that it would have overshadowed Rarity’s conflict.
It’s a low key, no strings first girlfriend for Spike that neither is really expecting to go anywhere and probably won’t, but displays he’s maturing and exploring those feelings. They’ll likely date for six or so months, remain friends, and look upon it fondly in the future.

I was thinking more as a summer campI could see a Friendship Camp. Something like Camp Half-Blood from the Percy Jackson series. Would it be a camp if they still used the classroom and building though?

@Latecomer
The only time he showed that was on Molt Down, which was conveniently forgotten on Father Knows Beast so Smolder could teach him how to fly despite Spike already knowing how to fly like an ace right off the bat.

Yes, but that was never brought up again, which was infuriating. No matter what good stuff Spike was allowed to have, the next episode he was always back to washing pots and sweeping floors w/o any mention of his new skill.

Incinerating the iceberg is still the most bullshit thing Spike ever did, at least up until he took on the Roc.
There is no way in hell he should possess the lung capacity necessary to pull that off. He basically just received an immense power up because the plot called for it. Hell, I would have even put this beyond Ember’s ability. Also, why aren’t his flames green?
