She’s a kid though. Some context is desired more in her case.
Is she like the Digimon Emperor? Does she not realize what she does has real consequences? Is she being controlled?
I can’t think of many other children who want to take over the world.
Cozy doesn’t strike me as particularly intelligent, though. She’s manipulative,but otherwise she’s like a normal child.
She’s a kid though. Some context is desired more in her case.

It doesn’t take many for there to be one.
And I think the scope of Cozy’s ambition - and that she follows through with it - is proof she’s far from an ordinary child.
