Stupid stuff that comes to mind that we want to post (pony version)

Is Hasbro blocking all Pony Life videos on YT because they want its online presence to be USA only? I wonder if the G5 Movie on Netflix will end up being on Hulu instead… Because AFAIK MLP isn’t on Star or anything like that…

MLP is produced solely by Hasbro, so i don’t think it’s gonna be on Star.
 
Besides, the reason why MLP content is on Hulu is because of Lionsgate films on Epix, who had a deal with both the former and Prime Video.
 
Blame MGM for not giving up on first run rights to films from former owners of the Network.

I thought it was because Hasbro fell out with DHX. AFAIK that’s why the clip shows haven’t aired legally yet…

DHX/Wildbrain wasn’t involved in Pony Life tho.

I know they’re not. IIRC because Hasbro made their own studio.

Gotta love all these legal shenanigans when it comes to distributing media.

That’s what you get when you have copyright and trademark laws like Australia’s, where the first time a name is used locally prevents foreign companies from using it. Burger King had to change its name here, and I’m pretty sure that’s the reason we don’t have Taco Bell or Sonic either. Then you have stuff like the Mickey Mouse Protection Act, which actually put Tarzan back in copyright (the rights holders weren’t happy with Disney, which is why Deep Jungle disappeared from Kingdom Hearts…)

I must admit; While I at first thought my personality was closer to Spike, my personality is actually kind of like Rainbow Dash: Very loyal, but also dangerously impulsive to the point where I sometimes make mistakes before even thinking about them.

My dreams have lately had a recurring theme about watching FiM episodes that wind up having cursing and dialogue way inappropriate for the target audience. Last night’s involved somepony being blackmailed by some other pony threatening to leak their sex tape. I just remember thinking “I’ll bet a lot of little girls are asking their parents all kinds of uncomfortable questions right now.”

Can we get her back, please? Like for a one off pony….

Nancy Cartwright the voice of Bart Simpson. Before that, she used to voice act on Mlp gen 1. Her main role on the show was Gusty.

I still wanted them to bring in Peter Cullen for FiM :/
