In the same house they moved in with her in. The very first scene of the episode is them going home from there, and later the Crusaders take the train to visit them.

No, it’s pretty explicit - they move in with her at the end to resolve the plot, which would be rather nonsensical if they already lived with her.
 
There does seem to be some sort of “village to raise a child” thing going on, but it’s kind of out of nowhere.
