How would you guys feel if Glimmer didn’t accept Twilight’s offer at the end of the S5 but admits she went too far with her revenge? We see her being put to jail, but in the next seasons she’s an anti villain, more principled to gain followers through genuine and benevolent inspiration rather than through spells, still determined on her goals. Maybe she doesn’t open up to Twilight because she feels friendship with her isn’t going to help her goals, she’s too prideful to do so, or feel she doesn’t deserve it, still feeling guilty of her season 5 self.
