I dunno, I don’t see Starlight as a drinker. I mean maybe she’ll drink every once in a while, but even I see that as rare and it wouldn’t be strong alcohol (something like wine). Now Rainbow Dash and Applejack, they’re a different story lol

I wouldn’t put it past her that once Trixie visits ponyville, she prepares something “Great and Powerfull” to greet her with :P
 
Altough her being on a constant hangover would explain why she’s absent in so many episodes xD

Trixie is very self-absorbed, but I belive that if she was actually dateing somepony, she’d melt pretty quickly.
