Spike Thread

 

Did anyone else get pissed off when Spike was left out of Once Upon a Zeppelin? The one episode in the entire show that focus’s on Twilight’s entire immediate family and they perposefully went out of their way to make sure the audience knew he wasn’t going to be a part of it. I’m not usually one to be bothered by Spike not being in certain episodes but this one got to me. I stopped watching after the cold open and didn’t bother coming back to it until months later. The vagueness of Spike’s relationship with Twilight in the first half of the show was tolerable but the outright inconsistency in the later half really bothered me.

I didn’t, I liked the episode by itself

With the exception of how the than current staff decided to handle Iron Will, I was fine with the episode itself. But Spike not being there was constantly in the back of my mind during it.
