shadow=king sombra

so theres this brasilian comic book and i saw that the main antagonist is very similar to king sombra look so frist,he was a evil emperor wich was defeted and turned into shadow ,then he was imprisioned for milenius and scape in shadow form! what do you think?

yeah…butt this comic started in april of 2012,and the cristal empire in november of the same year,it was just a big coincidence! but hasbro could stil sue them for THIS

Key item in this is that it’s Brazilian. Hasbro is a US company.
 
There’s no court with the authority to prosecute across national borders.
 
EDIT: Moreover, transforming robots and shadow-themed villains are both much too common for their mere existence to constitute infringement.
