Doing something With Spike crush or have him moving on.His origins and doing more awesome stuff.

Spike had some good episodes in season six. He seems to be starting to grow up.
 
And I hope in season seven that we get a glimpse of the mirror portal, the copy of Sunset’s journal that Twilight has, or even Sunset herself (probably as a background portrait). While that still doesn’t make EG definitely canon, it would at least suggest that it could have happened which is as good as we’ll get at this point.

Define “OOC moments” because I really never saw any besides Applejack’s Big Day Out or whatever it’s called.
 
Also I never want the show to reference EQG in any way whatsoever, for doing so would require EQG 1 to be canon and that just opens up a whole new can of worms into the series…

Most people want no Equestria Girls references solely because of Flash Sentry. Unfortunately, it seems like the writers have agreed with that sentiment and have even taken steps towards making it non-canon in FiM, with some of the comments in episodes this season.
 
I’m surprised I haven’t seen a fanfic yet where Sunset decides to go back to Equestria for a visit, but nobody there recognizes her or remembers anything she talks about (including Twilight, Spike and Celestia), leaving everyone to think she’s insane before she barely escapes back to her own world and seals the portal permanently. Her own existence has been erased by the Element of Magic, because of Twilight’s judgement at the end of the first movie that she would never be a Princess or have any power in Equestria was granted a little too literally.

All I’m hoping for is a Celestia episode.

The title was Applejack’s “Day” Off, and yeah that episode had plenty of OOC moments, like Rainbow Dash-a soldier, mind you-going to a girly spa and acting girly (Soldiers do not go to spas…at least, not civilian ones).
 
As for wanting me to define OOC moments, I’ll explain it to you: Ever since S6 got a new writing team, the Mane Six have been acting way too OOC (Like the M6 being mind-controlled to do things like reference movies, stuff their mouths with sweets, and clean the castle floors in Every Little Thing She Does, to AJ acting like a pirate in PPOV, and others that can’t come to my mind.), which would’ve never happened if the old writers were still in charge. It’s almost as if these new writers have never even heard of the show until Hasbro hired them.
 
Also, there was that brief but infamous Flash Sentry cameo appearance in Three’s A Crowd, but IMO that’s not enough. We need some kind of visual (or vocal) reference that the EQG films are canon, like showing which part of Twilight’s castle the mirror portal is located since she moved it there at the beginning of the second movie.

But being mind controlled isn’t out of character it is just being mind controlled, and the Applejack pirate was just an imaginary thing, she never actually acted like that…
 
And why can’t soldiers like girly things? I know of plenty of soldiers that watch MLP for example…

Ok first of all, people aren’t saying Dash is OOC in the episode because she’s a soldier going to a spa. That’s like saying my friend acts OOC because she gets enthusiastic about football. It’s not that, it’s because it seemingly contrasts with her brash personality.
 
Second, Dash has shown that she does have an appreciation for things that are considered girly, like crying in Last Roundup, or showing love to Tank, or even having an appreciation for musicals. It’s not really OOC.
 
Third, those other examples don’t really apply.
 
-Mind Control  
-They’ve done that before in Season 2 and Nightmare Night, and Maud Pie. They’ve eaten sweets before. One of their friends works at a bakery and confectionery. Oh, you’re talking about 28 Pranks Later? Did anyone show an aversion to sweets before that episode? No, they didn’t.  
-That’s an emotionally charged story told in wide exaggeration that didn’t fucking happen that way. Pinkie Pie and Applejack’s stories were told like that, too. It’s not OOC, it’s just an angry alteration of the truth.

Well, it seems like they have so many different characters and very few stories surrounding them. I wouldn’t mind seeing more episodes that feature secondary characters.

Reminder that Dragonboi471 makes these kinds of stupid complaints without ever actually watching the episodes in questions.

Yeah, I’ve seen the remaining episodes yet to air this Saturday and next. I must say, I was disappointed by the lack of Zecora this season… let alone, what we DID see of her was only in one scene for a few seconds and never had her speaking! o.o Did Brenda Crichlow quit or they fire her, if that explains why? Not to mention, I realized as of last year’s finale, all the finales had at least one song in one of the 2 parts with all the Mane 6 singing together (sort of, even if it was only in one or a few moments in a couple of those). Of course, this year’s didn’t have ANY songs in the finale, which I can understand given the Mane 6’s kidnapping and all, but if things didn’t go the way they did, maybe they could’ve had one…
 
Next season, I definitely want to see more Zecora, even if she’s never been the biggest recurring character in the series. And I definitely hope to see more Starlight Glimmer, if she presumably didn’t move back to her old village after the Sunset Festival (since the way she and the others talked, it seemed like they wanted her to be their mayor again), as I would love to see her learn more about friendship when she only had 7 episodes that centered around her for the majority of the episode (she did have 10 episodes she appeared in, but I don’t count the one with Thorax for the reason that it was more about finding a changeling nor the ones where she only had one scene).
 
I would also love to see more characters make a return appearance, particularly Babs Seed or Gabby, as they’re Cutie Mark Crusaders and it’s been forever since Babs was last on or mentioned. Definitely wanna see another appearance by Sunburst and Flurry Heart, but I can make do with only the latter. And Maud Pie, definitely her! Coco (now Miss Pommel, ugh) too, perhaps!
 
As for specific episodes, not much that I want: I guess like some people’ve said, I would like to see a Pony Sisters episode. Maybe a new villain at the beginning/end of the season and despite that it would be somewhat sad/against the show, a believable explanation about AJ, Big Mac, and Apple Bloom’s parents! Since the latest US-aired episode kinda ripped that hope out from under me, seeing them in what was mostly a flashback episode. >.< Maybe something with the CMC helping more than one pony get related or the same cutie marks like themselves, if they find really close friends who want the same cutie mark? And definitely something with Spike getting his wings or growing up a little, perhaps; or more of an episode that has Spike and Rarity moments than what was in Gauntlet of Fire and Dungeons & Discords! One last thing perhaps: something centering around the Mane 6’s pets getting into some kind of mishap/adventure, while their owners are busy or something. Some of this was spur-of-the-moment, but we did barely see their pets this season (heck, we didn’t see Tank or Owlowiscious).
 
Whatever they do, they’ll be a little hard-pressed to top this season, even if there were some things about it I just didn’t like (minor things like certain characters not reappearing, the thing with Zecora’s minor appearances without speaking, and certain episodes that while being perhaps kinda good or kinda funny, I just personally found silly from their plot/execution).

How, may I ask, can the Mane Six be beaten and kidnapped by the changelings so easily? Especially Rainbow, who has an arsenal of bad-ass fighting skills and (possibly) military training courtesy of the Wonderbolts? This…this just baffles me.

And this is why in my first post on this thread, I wished for this to happen next season:
 
~The Mane Six (especially Dash) actually exhibiting some militaristic traits, such as standing up and fighting back against enemies, instead of being defeated so easily.
 
It’s to prevent stuff like what happened in the S6 finale from ever happening to them again.

I should note that it actually happened off-screen, hence why I said “probably” for the two possibilities I suggested.
 
Plus, for all we know, they DID fight back but were overwhelmed.
