People are also dead set on using Teen Titans Go for their boogeyman for everything. It’s been 10 years already, just admit that the show was successful and stop wasting your times hate-watching it
I’ve noticed that one of the fans of Pony Life decided to describe it in a unflattering way. I’ve seen the fan mention how almost all the characters’ personalities are nothing but exaggerations and that the things they did only once with ambiguous intent are suddenly key components to their personality. And on another note, the same fan also has a terrible sense of humor too, sometimes categorizing even simple unexpected moments (such as not listening), as “humor”.
Basically, I’m getting the impression this “fan” saw only the first few episodes and pretended to watch the rest while using information given from fans, then decided to prove the show isn’t like Teen Titans Go… by describing it in a way that makes it sound like Teen Titans Go.
This seems like a really weird take, since, as far as I know, Rarity’s probably the only character that fits this description. Fluttershy feels like a completely different character, but the rest feels similar for the most part. Pinkie I actually think is toned down from the insanity of her main counterpart, which is incredible given the show’s marketing gave the impression of her being unhinged, Twilight in PL feels like the Twilight of old in that it’s focused more on her nerdiness with a bit of snark here and there, AJ I feel is actually allowed to be fun and funny in Pony Life while keeping her grounded personality, and Rainbow Dash is the one who’s most 1-to-1 with her main counterpart though unlike the main show Pony Life’s writers don’t have a fucking grudge against her so she actually feels better off in Pony Life
