So she’s the new Starlight?

Looking back, I think one of the main problems with the show is it being released at the wrong time.
 
Most people (including me) still have terrible flashbacks from watching Teen Titans Go. Because of this, they see the chibi art style and, not paying attention to the differences, immediately think “TTG”. Then things get worse when they learn it is supposed to be a kids’ comedy, and it all snowballs from there.
 
I initially thought Rainbow Dash was talking about butts in the latest preview. It took me multiple re-watches to get that it’s not supposed to be what Rainbow is trying to refer to.

Okay, so I had a look at the Treehouse schedule for tomorrow, and it turns out there are no new eps after all. Looks like that guy from earlier on in this thread was right.

Seriously? I hope it’s not cutting off for too long; We can see in the previews there are more episodes we haven’t yet seen, and I can’t wait for them.

Finn Tastic is a great character (with that episode where they meet him being my favorite of the series), I’m happy that Trixie is in and I want Starlight to get that treatment, Potion Nova is okay and overall I think the quality is starting to increase a bit.

People may never know how much Teen Titans Go has rotten their brain until they see Pony Life.

Well, what did everyone think of today’s episodes?

Needs less focus on apps; The huge amount of focus on apps means not much seemed to actually happen in these few episodes.
 
The fact all episodes here revolved around apps makes me hope the show didn’t abandon potions in favor of them from now onward.

What do you expect? Today’s children don’t know a world without technology.

These were for sure the weakest episodes IMO but not really that much worse than any show from when I was a kid that dealt with trends at the time. They will likely be seen the same way in the future. No big deal kids shows do this all the time and always have.

 
Technology rarely ages well in shows. Go watch the first episode of Dweebs. It’s astounding.
