UPDATE:
So I’ve found what’s probably the best site out there to check exactly what language options and seasons (if a show) are available on netflix, in any (most?) countries, and like I thought it differs a lot between them. It would be nice if all languages were just internationally available for viewing.
MLP FIM languages & seasons on Netflix by country
Be warned that no country has s9 available on Netflix (its on Hulu), and only some of them have the first 8.
Sadly no Japanese option in the US, but surprisingly there is Mandarin-Chinese (they sound cute in this one) and even German available (German Twilight is great by the way). French and Spanish are also available, as expected. There’s also Hebrew and Thai subtitles, but I’m after dubs.
Japan is listed with only the first two seasons. I wonder if that means there are ‘director’s cut’ versions of that dub, because it was originally aired with heavy cuts and edits, mostly for the sake of longer openings and endings for exclusive(?) songs, plus a kawaii ‘pony corner’ thing near the end too.

First off, I live in the usa, so if you watch netflix elsewhere, your netflix options will probably differ.
So, I’m considering getting netflix, but I have a really specific nerdy expectation: I want to be able to watch MLP FIM in languages besides English… but ESPECIALLY in Japanese.
They’ve finally been airing Japanese version of seasons 3 & 4 in Japan very recently, while seasons 1 & 2 came out a long time before that, so I don’t expect to find any for season 5+.
I am curious if anypony here who has netflix AND lives in the USA can confirm whether they have Japanese or any other language options for watching the show. And I do mean audio DUB, not subtitles.
