I’m English. I have only ever heard it used to mean “little”. This is confusing to read that it’s meant to mean pee here and small in America. I don’t think it’s a common usage anyway… I mean I’d happily call my cat Widdles. But my cat is actually named Bastet, which funnily is also a suggestion here.
