Since they did it with Wind Whistler I don’t see why not.
 
But if it’s off the table then maybe something beach themed or something that goes with her color scheme of pink and aqua.

Wind Whistler was justified because the pony looked a lot like G1 Wind Whistler. I wouldn’t name a G4 pony after an older-generation pony that looks totally different just because we allegedly run out of names.

I still think she deserves a name that’s vaguely Dutch or reminiscent of something Dutch.
 
Until someone else comes up with something better (and be it myself), I’ll suggest Lowlands Kitty with an extra hint at two Dutch musical groups, The Cats and Pussycat.
 
Also, where could she be born? Trotterdam? Bridla? Maastrot? Hoofdrop? Almare?
