well yeah, its the animators, stating themselves that they are no longer working on the show. they would not say such unless they were not working on the show anymore

As always, I’ll wonder if they’ll commission a second season/sequel series to MYM at some point in the near future, which I suppose is dependent on whether or not its profitability matched or eclipsed TYT’s since it started releasing new episodes again

mym is def done, its really not cheap or easy to try and get everyone back once they leave the show. if we do get a new series itll have a new name.
id prefer a 2d 22 min series obv, since 3d stuff has been hard on the team from what we’ve heard

Like people don’t already do that on the reg presumably on TvTropes?

While I would miss the CG (as I love the art style; it’s my favorite MLP art style), if it was hard on the team, I’d be fine with a 2D animated show - as long as it continued to move the story forward (so the same team of writers as for MYM), and had 22-minute episodes.

Except 11 minutes can only do so much under timecrunch unless that changes of course, but who knows at this point.

Also yeah, I figured it’s not MYM that’s been stated on that presentation thing. If I’m ever curious, I wanna see how TYT screws up the world building and possible tension. Opaline demonstrates it well but can the others after her?

YES YES YES, I knew it didn’t flop! :D It’s also interesting how they’re THAT CONFIDENT about Tell Your Tale. If they have that much faith in it based on its performance on Youtube, they really should be sharing some of that faith with 3D G5. Make Your Mark is not flopping on Youtube either. I’ve pointed out in the past that its views are fine, and recently, even with the MLP Official channel slowing down on uploads, the most recent MYM video on there has gotten more than double the views of every recent TYT video (everything from less than two months ago) and the most recently released MYM short has yet to be surpassed in viewership by four TYT shorts as of now.

And let’s not forget that Chapters 4 and 5 are widely agreed to be better than Chapter 2, having made much more of a splash. Combine that with the fact that they’re being very open about their faith in G5 and it would be silly for them to not give MYM a revival or a follow-up show.
