It’s easier than ever to watch G4 these days. In fact the whole animated franchise is very accessible even officially, via free online services like Tubi and YouTube. Plus I thought there was supposed to be a whole MLP channel.

I know, that’s why I said I was getting “If you didn’t grow up in the 90s, you did not have a childhood!” vibes, since the person who wrote that’s acting like it’s impossible to have “truly” experienced the Mane 6 unless you were watching FiM back when it was new.

Well-aware that we’re always going to technically be part of the MLP fandom regardless of our feelings on the generations so long as we’re MLP fans. However, that doesn’t stop the G5 fandom from considering themselves separate from the G4 fandom and vice versa. …Especially vice versa. Like, do you think the kind of people giving MV a hard time consider themselves part of the G5 fandom and want to be around people like us? Isn’t it only natural that people like us look at this obnoxious, elitist attitude and don’t want to be around them in turn?Also, MLP’s still killing it in China, what else is new.Misty’s mane… XD
And BTW, I’m thrilled they chose Misty’s natural mane colors. NATURAL MANE COLORS FOR THE WIN

Honestly, rather than getting a continuation of TYT or MYM, I’d rather have a new series that creates a fresh start of sorts; Not a reboot, just a new jumping-on point that can better serve as a tentpole for everything else to orbit around (like MYM was trying to be but ideally without the production issues)

And Zipp has the wrong color. They want brightly colored toys for the little girls.Preferably pink ones. That’s why the Celestia toy was initially pink.
