So, if you post a leak, then you are banned! WHAT THE FUCK!! Why can’t the people who don’t want spoilers just hide the leak tag, instead of this bullshit? Give us either no spoilers or all the spoilers… don’t tease us with saying that there is a leak, and not letting us post it… that only makes it worse.

The existence of a leak became wildly known after EqD posted about them, then later on linked to them. Not much we can do about that.
 
Anyway, this isn’t a “oh no, we hate spoilers so much” situation, it’s more a “oh no, we hate getting sued and the site shut down so much” one. You can talk about the links (in the appropriate threads and images) and post artwork based on the leaks, but the leak content itself and links to the leaks is a fat No.

In case this just isn’t getting through to you, the leaks aren’t just “spoilers”, they’re confidential and private information a large international corporation will gladly sue us (and me personally) over. What that means for you is the site would stop existing.

No… because of Capitalism, Companies are allowed to exist and do shit like take down sites for stuff like that, if it didn’t exist, then MLP would be made either by the state or unofficially by teams of individuals like how most indie games are made… and if the state took down a site it would be viewed as oppressive by the people and might lead to a revolution, and if it was made by individuals, then they wouldn’t have the power to do that… thus it is Capitalism’s fault… (Well, it’s mostly Copyright’s fault, but Capitalism wouldn’t exist without Copyright and Copyright wouldn’t exist without Capitalism… and Capitalism is created by the mere existence of money so… Fuck money in general.)

I think … that … maybe they’re suggesting that we should allow leaks so the site will be taken down, thus leading to a … revolution? Lead by an army of … anti-capitalists? Maybe?
 
Seems optimistic for an army comprised entirely of people like us who spend all day sitting on sofas and arm chairs playing video games and chatting in IRC while they’re supposed to be working, but …
