[G5 Spoiler] Did Chrysalis, Cozy Glow and Tirek win after all?

All our favorite ponies died, Equestria was segregated, there was a Pony Civil War and a mass genocide of billions upon billions of innocent creatures. I can think of only three evil villains who could be behind something this horrible…

But now G4 fans will be pissed,  
Because she wasn’t prepared for this.

I think the real reason behind the magic disappearing in G5 had to deal with the CMC not at Equestria Assembled.

Of course, they did. That’s why magic was restored and there is still friendship.

How else would they have gotten rid of all the Kirin, Yaks, Dragons, Hippogriffs, Griffins, etc.? Not to mention all the different pony races that have pony friends or family of a different race that refuse to split apart from each other. Only one solution would be possible. 😞
