I love all the discussion we’re getting from this special. Im so happy to see pony Sunset again.

Pony Sunset was only for about two minutes and is likely all we’re ever going to get. I feel like that was done as a “Here you go, now stop asking!” response than anything else.

Kinda hope Juniper becomes a recurring character if the series continue. The last scene of the special made it seem like she might be part of the group now. Sure would be a shame if she went the way of Moondancer.

Seriously, Juniper’s giant form isn’t even all THAT big.

There was talk of it after a pony convention in Thailand, this same convention is where they were shown several clips of the upcoming main series movie so some people think their info is legit

From my calculations she had 2,6 m (8’6”), so for a human it’s gigantic size.

 
I wish Flash Sentry had a bigger role in the specials instead of Juniper Montage.

Huh. No one else can see that? Maybe it’s the fact that she doesn’t have any magic abilities that urks people so much about her.

You know here’s how I would have liked the last special to go.
 
First have the mirror miss Sunset Shimmer, instead hitting the claw machine Starlight was hiding behind. The Mirror increases Juniper’s rage and she starts blasting everything trying to get Sunset as Sunset and Starlight flee. They talk to each other and agree to try to get the mirror. Juniper is still going blast crazy, zapping great chunk of the mall into limbo. Sunset manages to get a hand on the mirror but that just adds her element to the mix, allowing Juniper to get her corrupted form. Then eventually Starlight and Sunset get the mirror away from and it plays out much the same, just with Sunset contributing to the redemption conversation

I think the specials would had have been better if there was less Juniper Montage and more Flash Sentry, and I liked Flash Sentry’s interactions with Sunset Shimmer in Legend of Everfree.

I think they would have been better if they replaced every character with Sandalwood in different outfits.

As long as Sandalwood is with Tree Hugger, I’d like to see her in the human world.

I’m still curious about the CMs on Sunset’s new journal.
